| 摘 要： | 对动态能力与自主创新能力之间的关联性进行了实证分析。研究结果表明,我国汽车业内企业动态能力与自主创新能力显著正相关;企业自主创新能力的线性结合模型主要由技术自主创新能力所决定,动态能力的线性结合模型则主要由重构与转变能力所决定。

| Abstract: | This study collects data from the Chinese automotive industry. Building on the literatures and empirical researches, the paper systematically proposes main components of dynamic capability and Independent Innovation Capability. Firstly, the study finds that dynamic capability is positively related to Independent Innovation Capability. Secondly, the study finds that the linear combination model of independent innovation capability is mostly determined by the technological independent innovation capability; the study also finds that the linear combination model of dynamic capability is mostly determined by the reconfiguration and transformation processes. Finally, according to the research and interviews findings, we draw upon some suggestions for managers and academic implications for the future research. |
