| 摘 要： | 使用语言的集团或个人对某种语言的价值评价和行为倾向，社会语言学称之为语言观念、语言态度。其形成是社会文化因素、社会心理因素及语境因素等综合作用的结果；对它的研究，既有利于了解复杂多变的语言现象，对语言的发展也有促进作用。

| Abstract: | The assessment of the value of a language by a group or an individual that uses language is called by social linguists as language conception and language attitude. Its formation is resulted from the comprehensive functions of social culture, social psychology and environment. To make a study of it is helpful for understanding the complicated and various phenomena and for speeding up the development of the language. |
