| 摘 要： | 全面小康的重要特征是共同富裕。面对我国居民收入差距不断扩大、贫富悬殊现象愈趋严重的现状，必须十分重视解决收入差距过分扩大的问题。调节收入差距的根本对策是：从根本上调整城乡发展关系；经济社会发展要以人为本：个人收入分配更多地注重公平，向低收入群体和贫困人口适度倾斜。

| Abstract: | One of the essential features of realizing a comfortably-off life all round is all the people in our country live in prosperity. But the current situation is that the difference in the personal income of inhabitants increases constantly, the gap between riches and poor becomes wider and wider, solicitude be show for this social phenomenon. The base countermeasures in adjusting the difference in incomes include: coordinating the development connections between town and country on the fundament, developing social economy base on people, paying more attention to a fair distribution in personal incomes, giving a appropriate affirmative policy to impoverish people and low-income groups. |
