| 摘 要： | 高校大学生档案是国家人事档案的组成部分，是大学生在校期间的学习、生活及各种社会实践的真实记录，是大学生就业及其今后各级组织选拔、任用、考核的重要依据。文章论述了新形势下加强高校大学生档案管理的重要意义，分析了目前高校大学生档案管理存在的主要问题，并提出了进一步加强高校大学生档案管理的对策。
