| Abstract: | WT5BZ]The methodology of P.E. teaching in higher adult education is largely restricted in the teaching materials. P.E. teaching should be considered as a science in choosing a methodology. Any teaching methodology and any organizing measure should have a definite purpose. They should serve the hour assignment and implementation of the teaching materials. Every application of the teaching methodology and consideration of the organizing measure is, in fact, a further development of the basic ideal of a P.E. class-teaching.
