| 摘 要： | 1929年至1933年，资本主义世界爆发了一场前所未有的最深刻、最广泛、最严重的经济危机，迫使各国垄断资产阶级面临严峻的选择。德国和日本走上了法西斯道路，而美国在罗斯福的领导下，利用国家权力，对资本主义生产关系进行了一定程度的调整和改革，最终把美国引出了经济萧条的死胡同，并产生了一系列重要的政治影响，史称“罗斯福新政”。本文拟从“罗斯福新政”实施的背景、内容、成效及其意义和历史地位几个方面对这一历史事件进行重新认识。

| Abstract: | During the year of 1929-1933, there broke out an unheard-of economic crisis in capitalistic world with the most profound, the widest and the gravest characteristics which forced the monopolistic capitalists of every capitalistic country to face the severe choice, and then, German and Japan took the road to fascism, however, America, under the leadership of Roosevelt, utilized the state power to conduct some adjustment and reform to capitalistic productive relations and at the end to lead America out of the dead lane in economic depression and created a series of important political impact ,the afore stated history was called as Roosevelt's New Deal. This treatise has made a fresh knowledge of the historical event from the perspective of the background, content, performance, historical sense and the historical status of the carry out of Roosevelt's New Deal. |
