| 摘 要： | 与传统教学相比,分级教学具有层次清晰、目标性强、能充分合理地开展因材施教等特点。但由于分级教学涉及的管理要求较为细致,很多学校在操作的时候都存在着没能充分发挥其特点的问题。根据分级教学模式所存在的特点,要重点处理好教师分配、学生心理调试和教学方案等问题,使分级教学更为完善,发挥其特有光彩。
