玻璃窑炉节能技术之探讨

摘    要:本文介绍了在玻璃窑炉中所采用的燃烧新技术和窑炉结构的改进。在燃烧方式上,采用煤气与空气助燃混合燃烧,以提高小炉向熔化部供热的强度。在窑炉结构上,采用下沉、倾斜式双流液洞,使窑炉结构更加合理,方便保温,增加使用寿命。在加料方式上,采用了双面加料,以减少散热,节约了能源。

Abstract:This paper introduces the new combusting technology used in glass furnace and the improvements of furnace structure. For example, in the manner of burning, it adopts the mix combustion of gas and air in order to enhance heating intensity. In the furnace structure, it adopts the double throats of sinking and tilting to make the furnace structure more rational, heat preservation and increase service life. In the way of adding material, it adopts double-adding, so as to save energy.
