| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查和实地考察,了解深圳地区54所医院图书馆在机构设置、人员配置、经费支出、设备购置、读者服务等方面的情况,并在分析有利条件和薄弱环节的基础上,提出提高干群认识、加强馆际合作、建立共享平台、突出科研服务等推进该地区医疗系统图书馆事业发展的若干意见和建议。

| Abstract: | Based on investigating the organ,personnel,funds,equipment,reader service etc. of the 54 hospital libraries in Shenzen through questionaire- extending and the on-the -spot investigation and analyzing their favorable conditions and weak links,this article puts forward a series of ideas and proposals such as heightening cadre.'s and masses's cognition,strengthening interlibrary cooperation,building a sharing platform and projecting the service for scientific research to carry forward the librarianship development of the medical system in Shenzhen. |
