摘    要:本文围绕服务绩效评估的思路与方法展开讨论。首先指出:服务绩效评估与产品生产绩效评估之间有着根本区别,不可简单地应用;然后重点评述了服务绩效评估的现有思路与方法,指出其贡献、不足之处和改进办法;最后从人力资源管理的角度探讨服务绩效评估问题将会成为未来研究与实践的发展方向。
