| 摘 要： | 东亚后发企业赶超的成功实践,使研究后发企业赶超成为国内外学者关注的热点和焦点。文章阐述了国内外学者在后发企业赶超的含义、机会、手段、路径和内外部条件等方面的相关研究,指出了后发企业要实现赶超需要选择合适的赶超路径,需要内外部条件的匹配和有效耦合,这种内外部条件的匹配是后发企业赶超的必要条件。最后对其进行了简要的评价,并结合当前后金融危机时代的特点,对广西等后发地区的企业提出了一些具体的建议。

| Abstract: | The successful practice of latecomer firms in Eastern Asia has made the study of latecomer firms’ catching-up become a hot spot and focus concerned by scholars both at home and abroad.This paper expounds the meaning,opportunity,means,path,internal condition and external condition of latecomer firms’catching-up researched by scholars both at home and abroad.In addition,it points out that latecomer firms need to choose the right way to achieve catching-up.What is more,it needs to match and couple the external and internal conditions effectively,which is the necessary conditions for the latecomer firms to catch up.Finally,the paper gives a brief evaluation on the research,and combining with the characteristics of the Financial Crisis Ages,it puts forward some specific suggestions for the latecomer firms in Guangxi and other late-development areas. |
