| 摘 要： | 产品生命周期各个阶段市场需求波动很大,衰退阶段需求下降明显,此时,科技型企业通常允许订货商延期付款以维持市场占有率。考虑变质产品在衰退阶段市场需求随时间线性递减,建立了一种延期支付下的经济订购批量模型。采用仿真方法进行数值分析,结果显示:初始需求量、需求下降因子、信用期对订货策略和库存总成本有不同程度影响,初始需求量和需求下降因子的影响较显著,在制定产品订货策略时予以重点考虑。

| Abstract: | The demand fluctuates evidently in all phases of the product life cycle.The deferred payment policy is usually taken by science and technology supplier to maintain market share during declining phase.In this paper,an EOQ model is generated for demand decreasing product under delay in payment.The example and main parameter’s sensitivity analysis shows that the initial demand and demand factor have greater influence on ordering policy and total inventory cost than that of credit period.The two factors should be considered to make the distributor order policy. |
