摘    要:基于现场调研和查阅文献资料,建立城市高架路运营期安全风险评价指标体系,采取熵权法计算出指标权重。运用系统工程原理,将可拓学理论与安全评价相结合,建立基于可拓学的城市高架路运营安全风险分析的物元模型。经实证评价,基于可拓学的城市高架路运营安全风险评价方法可以较准确的反映城市高架路的运营安全风险水平,验证了指标体系和评价模型的实用性和可行性。

Research on the Operational Risk Assessment of Urban Elevated Road Based on Extension Theory

Abstract:Urban Elevated Expressway, which carries out security risk assessment is important to improve the security capacity during operational period, is the lifeline of the city and has critical function on its operational safety. Security risk assessment index system which based on field research and access to literature is established during urban elevated road operational period. The index weight is calculated by using entropy method. Matter element model of urban elevated road operational security risk analysis, which uses systems engineering principles and combines extension theory with security assessment, is established based on extenics. By empirical evaluation, the operational security risk level can be accurately reflected, and the practicality and feasibility of index system and evaluation model is verified with urban elevated road operational security risk assessment method based on Extenics
