| Abstract: | Explore regional gravity causes based on the regional innovation ecosystem, analyze the situation of regional science and technology resources flow under the influence of regional innovation gravity. Using the coase theorem and the cobb-douglas function, The authors studied the mechanism of Market-oriented allocation on regional science and technology resources, point out that regional innovation relative gravity and profit-seeking tendency of innovation main body impact the market transactions of science and technology resources collectively, also drive local science and technology innovation and industry upgrading. Put forward suggestions on Jiangsu innovation driven development based onSreality. |
