| 摘 要： | 利用2005—2013年中国30个省级行政区的面板数据,实证分析环境规制视角下对外直接投资(OFDI)对国内绿色技术创新的影响。研究结果表明:环境规制力度较强时,对外直接投资对提高国内的绿色技术创新能力具有显著的正向效应,且这一效应呈现出明显的地域差异,其中中部和西部地区的正向作用最为明显并显著高于全国平均水平,东部地区的影响效果最小。因此,在我国的对外直接投资不断增长的同时,要加强环境规制,确定适当的环境规制强度,提高对外直接投资企业的逆向技术溢出效应。

| Abstract: | Using panel data of 30 provinces and autonomous regions in China from 2005 to 2013 having an empirical analysis on the the influence about foreign direct investment (OFDI) to domestic green technology innovation under the perspective of environmental regulation, the results show that when the strength of environmental regulation is stronger than before, the foreign direct investment will has a significant positive effect on improving the green technology innovation ability, this effect is obvious regional differences, the positive effect is most obvious in central and western regions, and significantly higher than the national average, the eastern region effect is minimal. Therefore, when the foreign direct investment is growing, we need to strengthen environmental regulation at the same time, determine the appropriate environmental regulation intensity, improve the reverse technological overflow effect of foreign direct investment enterprises. |
