| 摘 要： | 从企业创新的角度探讨知识网络关系与企业创新绩效之间的影响关系,利用仿真工具建模,通过借鉴SKIN模型对知识元和创新主体的描述,建立创新导向的企业间知识网络仿真模型,使用Netlogo仿真软件对知识网络下的企业创新活动进行仿真模拟。通过实施知识网络关系对创新绩效影响的仿真对比实验,发现知识网络关系对创新绩效具有显著影响作用,且敌对性环境在这一过程中起到调节作用。

Simulation Analysis on Relationship between Knowledge Network Relationship and Innovation Performance |

| Abstract: | From the point of innovation, this paper analyzes the relationship between knowledge network relationship and enterprises innovation performance. By using the SKIN model to describe the knowledge elements and the innovation agents, a dynamics simulating model based on knowledge network is established. By adopting Netlogo tools, Simulating Experiments are taken. And the results show that knowledge network relationship has a positive effect on innovation performance and environmental hostility modulates such effect. |
