Research on Government Purchase of Science and Technology Service Model based on Market Orientation |

| Abstract: | As a special kind of public service, scientific and technological service has the characteristics of high degree of professionalism, public interest, knowledge intensive and so on. Through the way of government purchase service to provide scientific and technological services for the community, is currently in the exploration stage. How to construct the government purchase pattern for the special construction of science and technology service has great theoretical and practical significance. Based on the four basic modes of government purchase of public services, this paper build a new model of government purchase of science and technology service, and put forward the corresponding policy recommendations. |
