摘    要:员工创造力对于一个组织乃至整个国家和社会是至关重要的。社会交换是影响员工创造力的重要因素。在阐明社会交换、员工创造力的概念与定义基础上,进一步对研究社会交换与员工创造力关系的文献进行回顾,简述社会交换对员工创造力的直接影响和间接影响;对现有国内外文献中所涉及的中介变量、调节变量及结果变量进行汇总与分类,并确定其作用机理;最后对文献作出结论并提出未来研究方向:社会交换理论与员工创造力的研究可结合当前"互联网+"、众筹、众包等新背景,将员工创造力的前因、过程及结果进行整合,形成多层次模型,对员工创造力的积极和消极两个方面进行深入研究。

Review on Impact of Social Exchange on employee creativity
Abstract:Employee creativity is crucial for an organization and the whole country and society, and social exchange is an important factor affecting employee creativity. In this paper,we explain basic concepts and definitions to clarify social exchange, staff creativity, and give some ideas of further research on the relationship between social exchange and employee creativity of literature review, which research on brief direct and indirect effects on employee creativity of social exchange, summarize and classify the existing domestic variables and determine its mechanism, and finally to draw conclusions and propose future literature research.The study of social exchange theory and employee creativity can be combined with the current environment such as "Internet ",crowdsourcing and other new background, we should integrate the antecedents of employee creativity, process and results form a multilevel model of employee creativity of both positive and negative aspects to in-depth study.
