| 摘 要： | 以现代企业管理制度下的过程管理概念为切入点,以高校科研项目的风险管理机制优化创新为主要关注对象,从过程管理内涵和要求出发,结合当前科研项目过程风险管理的现状及归因性分析,思考时代管理创新趋势和经济时代的新要求,探索过程管理如何推进科研项目风险防控与机制创新优化的路径。

Innovative on Risk Prevention and Control and Optimization Mechanism of Research Projects Based on Process Management |

| Abstract: | Taking the concept of process management in the modern enterprise management system as its breakthrough point, this paper mainly focuses on the optimization and innovation of the risk management mechanism of the research projects in the institutions of higher learning. Starting from the connotation and requirements of process management, combined with the status quo of the research project risk management and its cause analysis, the paper reflects upon the current innovative trends in modern management and the new requirements of the economic era, and explores how process management can facilitate the risk prevention and control of research projects and the approaches to optimize and innovate the management system. |
