| 摘 要： | 以宁夏近二十年发表的国内高质量论文为研究对象,采用对比分析和文献计量分析方法,重点监测评价宁夏科技创新主体创新能力发展和演变态势。研究结果表明,宁夏科技创新能力增长态势强劲,但是科技创新主体科研能力分布不均匀,创新竞争力和影响力还有待进一步提高,创新成果产出具有宁夏特色,创新成果主导权还应进一步加强。

Evaluation of S&T Innovation Entity' s Scientific Innovation Capability of Ningxia Based on Paper Indicators |

| Abstract: | Taking domestic high quality papers published of Ningxia in nearly 20 years as the research object, using comparative analysis and literature measurement analysis method, focus on development and evolution trend of scientific research ability of Ningxia technological innovation entities. The research results show that science and technology innovation ability strong growth in Ningxia, but uneven distribution of innovation and innovation ability of science and technology, science and technology innovation competitiveness and influence remains to be further improved, science and technology innovation output has the characteristic of Ningxia, but its dominance right should also be further strengthened. |
