| 摘 要： | 党的十七大报告把继续解放思想作为十七大主题的重要内容,明确指出:"解放思想是发展中国特色社会主义的一大法宝。"党的十一届三中全会以来30年的历史无可辩驳地证明,改革开放和中国特色社会主义建设的每一步跨越,每一个成就,都是解放思想引导和推动的结果。解放思想开创了建设中国特色社会主义的伟大实践,是历史发展的必然要求,在新的历史起点上我们必须继续解放思想。

| Abstract: | One of the important themes of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is to continue to emancipate the mind.The 17th National Congress has pointed out,"Emancipating the mind is a magic instrument for developing socialism with Chinese characteristics." The thirty years' history since Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee has undoubtedly proved that every achievement in reform and opening up and the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics was derived from emancipating the mind.Emancipating the mind has ushered in a new phase of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.It is the inevitable request in the historical development.We must continue to emancipate the mind in the new era. |
