| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，我国高校外语专业尤其是英语专业的培养规模越来越大，复合型人才培养已成为目前多数高校外语专业培养的普遍模式。当前复合型外语人才培养的课程设置存在着“重方向，轻文化”等一系列问题。为了使外语专业人才具有更大的发展潜力，必须采取一些相关改进措施。

| Abstract: | After China＇s reform and open policy, the education scale of foreign language majors, particularly English majors, has become larger and larger. Therefore, a series of problems such as ＂ speciality orientation first, culture second＂ still exist. In order to boost foreign language majors＂ development potential, some measures should be taken to reform the current currieulum setup. |
