| 摘 要： | 通过对若干典型反倾销案件和相关立法规定的分析,本文认为我国反倾销实践在反倾销调查机关设置、正常价值确定、出口价格与正常价值比较、同类产品认定、国内产业损害认定、倾销与损害因果关系判定等方面对反倾销立法进行了重大发展。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of several typical antidumping cases and related provisions, this article regards that in the fields of antidumping investigation authority, determination of normal value, comparison of export price and normal value, determination of like product, determination of the injury to domestic industry, and the causation of dumping and injury, the antidumping practice has made great development to legislation. |
