| 摘 要： | 在人事、财务及图书情报等部门的办公自动化管理中,统计出数据库中某项内容占某项数据总数百分比,以得到Word数据统计报表是经常遇到的。这样的制表工作一般都较为烦琐,既要制表,还要计算并填写数据。本文就高效解决这类问题,提出了一种思路,介绍了一种利用Excel工具来高效快速计算并生成含百分比数据项Word统计表的方法和技巧。

Software Word is the most popular software to deal the work. But in fact, this method is inefficient. This paper proposed a new method to dealing the problem efficiently. That is using software Excel to realize quick statistic and list all the data. |
