| 摘 要： | 现代服务业是与现代技术变革、产业分工深化相伴随而发展起来的新型服务业,核心是生产者服务业。现代服务业具有知识和人力资本密集的特征,并在大型城市集聚,其发展对制度环境的依赖很强。我国现代服务业的发展水平较低,存在明显的行业进入壁垒,市场秩序混乱。当前的关键是抓住有利于现代服务业发展的历史契机,正确处理制造业和现代服务业的发展关系,坚持现代服务业发展的市场化方向,放松市场准入条件,通过加强制度环境建设,规范企业的市场行为,促进现代服务业在中心城市的较快发展。

| Abstract: | Modern services industry is a new industry developed along with the change of modern technology and the division of deepening intra-industry, and the producer services industry is its main part. Modern services industry is characteristic of a knowledge and human capital intensive industry clustered in big cities, its development closely depend on the institutional environment. The development of Chinese modern services industry is slow, as there are barriers to entry in this industry, and the market is in disorder. To mend its pace, we need to harmonize the relationship between manufacturing and modern services industry, eliminate barriers to entry, accelerate the construction of institutional environment and regulate the market behaviors of firms, thus we can boost the development of modern services industry in big cities. |
