| 摘 要： | "三纳入、四参加、四同步"是前端控制在企业档案管理工作中的诠释和实施方式.文章论述了前端控制与企业档案管理中"三纳入、四参加、四同步"制度的相通性,在此基础上分析了"三纳入、四参加、四同步"在企业档案管理中执行力度过低的原因,并提出提高其执行力度的有效措施:服务与融入、介入方式多样化、完善经济责任制、运用ISO9000标准等.
