| 摘 要： | 我国从1978年恢复研究生培养制度以来,已有几万名法学硕士走上各种工作岗位,为社会主义现代化建设做出了重要贡献。但认真考察法学教育的现状就不难发现,目前的法学硕士教育还存在不少问题,诸如“司考”和“公考”的冲击,使法学硕士的精力很难集中到对专业课的学习上;教学内容的单一性、教学方法的“满堂灌”,又影响着对复合型人才的培养。为解决这些问题,建议改革现行的“司考”和“公考”制度,教师要改革授课方式和授课内容,扩大法学硕士的知识面,真正朝着复合型高级专门人才的培养方向发展。
