| 摘 要： | 高校共青团组织在青年人力资源开发中扮演着十分重要的角色和作用。发挥桥梁纽带作用、实施“大学生素质拓展计划”、创建学习型团组织、对青年实施职业导航设计和就业服务、提高服务青年水平,都是高校共青团组织在青年人力资源开发中角色和作用的重要体现。
