| 摘 要： | 建立起符合科学发展观要求的、符合高校特点的干部考核评价机制,对干部进行客观公正的考核评价,并积极运用考核评价结果,是高校人才队伍管理与建设的重要组成部分,也是高校党的建设工作的重要课题。文章结合高校工作的具体情况,提出高校党政管理干部考核评价体系构建要合理制定考核评价指标,正确选择考核评价方法,积极运用考核评价结果,不断完善高校人事制度改革,推动高校整体办学目标的顺利实现。
