转型时期地方高师院校院级学科建设管理的定位与职责

摘    要:学科综合化成为转型时期地方高师院校的基本特征之一。综合化转型促使地方高师院校组织结构产生变化。基于学科的学院制是地方师范院校加强学科建设管理的组织保证。院级组织在学科建设管理中既要明确定位,又要从院级学科建设的顶层设计、院内学科组织内环境优化、院级学科建设权力体系协调、学科团队与成员管理落实等方面履行相应的职责。

Abstract:The discipline of local teachers college become comprehensive in the transition period is one of the basic features. Comprehensive transition changes the organizational structure of local teachers college. The academy system which based on the discipline is the organization guarantee to strengthen the discipline construction management for the local teachers college. College-level organizations should definitude its orientation both in the disciplines construction management, also implement the corresponding duties from top-level design of disciplines construction and within the environment optimization of the disciplines organization for the college-level, the coordination of college-level discipline construction power system, and the management of discipline team and members.
