| 摘 要： | 《天人三策》既是研究董仲舒思想的重要材料，也是研究汉武帝思想的重要材料。《天人三策》揭示了汉武帝在执政初期的一些思想轨迹和心路历程，他后来在执政方面的很多政策都可以在这几篇策问中找到其思想滥觞。汉武帝在这3篇策问中提出了几个重大问题：关于世道盛衰的问题；关于“帝王之道”的问题；关于天人古今的问题。董仲舒在这几个问题上的策对都得到了汉武帝的赞赏，他的这些意见和建议对汉武帝本人的施政方针以及汉代以后的政治都产生了重要影响。

| Abstract: | Tianren sance, is the important material about the study of both Dong Zhongshu’s thoughts and Emperor Wu’s thoughts. It reflects some of Emperor Wu’s thoughts and psychological experiences in the early period of his rule. The guiding thoughts of many of his later governing policies can be found in it. Emperor Wu in it raised several questions about the important issues such as the manners and morals of the times, the ways that emperors governed their countries and nature-man relationships as well as ancient and modern variations. Dong Zhongshu’s answers to these questions were appreciated by Emperor Wu, and his opinions and suggestions had great influences on both Emperor Wu’s ruling policies and the politics after Han dynasty. |
