基于Lambert W函数的太阳能电池特性仿真

摘    要:为了得到太阳能电池的最佳工作状态,需要对其各参数进行求解.太阳能电池等效电路模型为电压-电流的隐式方程,无法采用常规方法得到解决.通过引入Lambert W函数,将电流表示成电压的显式方程,并编写程序与牛顿迭代法进行对比,证明了此方法的正确性与精确性.模拟仿真发现串联电阻与并联电阻对太阳能电池的伏安特性和输出功率等特性曲线有较大影响,且影响效果各不相同,但共同影响着输出电压与功率等参数.

Abstract:In order to get the best working state of solar cell, the parameters of it should be solved .Because the implicit equation of voltage and current, it can't be solved by conventional method. Lambert W function is adopted to deduce the explicit formulation. The results prove correctness and accuracy of the Lambert W method by Comparing with the Newton Iteration Method. By the simulation a phenomenon that series resistance and shunt resistance of solar cell have a great influence on the volt-ampere characteristic and power performance emerged. They made the different effects, but :common Affect the output voltage and power characteristics.
