| 摘 要： | 分析了高等师范院校毕业生创新能力培养的现状，认为未来基础教育师资具有创新思维和创新能力是十分必要的，指出改革教学内容、方法，建设创新型师范教师队伍和建立创新型人才培养实践基地是有效提高师范教育专业人才培养质量的重要策略。

| Abstract: | The current status of normal college graduates' innovation abilities and its causes are analyzed and it is necessary that the future elementary education teachers should master innovation thinking and abilities.It is pointed out that innovating teaching contents and methods,building innovative teacher team and innovative practical base are important strategies to enhance normal education talent training efficiently. |
