| 摘 要： | 《就业促进法》规定社会组织在维护劳动者劳动权中要发挥其作用，这既是社会组织自身适应新形势的需要。也是有效维护劳动者劳动权的需要。要发挥其作用，必须通过建立和完善传统的劳动权利状况的调查机制、信访分析机制、利益诉求表达机制、矛盾预警机制和司法、社会的等部门的协商机制，尤其要参与国家劳动立法和政策的制定，以及在维权机制，特别是新型维权机制-公益诉讼中发挥维护劳动者劳动权的作用。

| Abstract: | "The Employment Promotion Act" stipulates that the social organization should play its role in preserving the laborers' work right,which is not only the need of social organization adapt itself to the new situation,but also the need of effectively preserving the labourers' work right.Wanting to play its role,it must establish and perfect the traditional investigation mechanism of work right status,letters and calls analysis mechanism,profit-appealing expression mechanism,contradiction early warning mechanism and some consultative mechanism such as juducial department and social department,especially it must attend the stipulation of national work legislation and policy,and play role in preserving the labourers' work right in right-preserving mechanism,especially the new type of right-preserving mechanism-public lawsuit. |
