| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法、专家访谈法等研究方法,对普通高校大学生武术终身化的重要性与必要性及在此基础上存在的主要问题与解决办法进行探讨研究。研究得出：普通高校要把培育武术文化氛围、使大学生树立武术终身思想等作为武术教学的目标,为大学生武术终身化提供理论参考。
