| 摘 要： | 本文运用文献资料法对我国近代体育师资的培养进行分析研究，认为我国近代体育师资培养课程模式有以下特点：近代体育师资的培养源自于1903年“体操科”的确立和普及；初期的课程模式具存“日化”特征，后随学校体育内容的改变，而渐趋“美化”：课程模式的演变、发展来自于学校体育的改革，具有滞后性；课程设置在20世纪30、40年代趋于规范化，但仍处于课程设置表层：体育师资培养课程改革的根本动力源于社会的变革。
