| Abstract: | By referring to China's Institution Registration System and other related laws, regulations and policies, the paper lays special emphasis on the analysis of the following issues: the stated classification and ownership of China's institutions under the latest laws and regulations in force; the purpose and business scope of vocational un:versities under the legal system. With this analysis the paper points out the particular impli cation of vocational university entrusted by law. |
