| 摘 要： | 社区教育管理体制，包括社区教育行政体制和社区学院内部管理体制。广东社区教育管理体制在发展的过程中形成了自己的特点，同时存在着一些不足。为了推动社区教育的进一步发展，广东社区教育需要继续改革和完善原有管理体制：建立能够统筹广东全省社区教育的管理机构，在各级政府组织中建立相应的社区教育管理机构，并制定社区教育管理条例；进一步改革和完善社区教育委员会；改革社区学院、社区学校和街道社区学习中心内部管理体制，完善其自我管理功能；运用经济杠杆，以多元方式来实现政府对社区教育的介入。
