| Abstract: | The ideology "rule of virtue" is a great theoretical innovation made by the Central Committee of Communist Party of China with Comrade Jiang Ze Min as the core of the leadership under the great banner of Deng Xiao Ping's theories.It is also a new practice closely related to the socialist reform and opening up and the construction of modernization of our country.In addition,it is a new understanding gained after stategic consideration as well as a sort of discarding and reform of Chinese traditional philosophy of ruling.Further more,it is a kind of distillation of the country's accumulated ecperience of ruling,reflecting Marxist scientific philosophy off ruling,and therefore becomes the guide of China's all round development. |
