| 摘 要： | 宪政文化是西方文明的产物,是深深植根于西方宪政国家的。回首中国百年来的宪政史,就不得不反思宪政文化在中国的发展进路。文章从宪政文化在中国的发展进路着手,从中反思中国宪政文化的发展,以求得中国宪政早日实现。
