| 摘 要： | 数字图书馆是世界图书馆的发展方向，目前，世界各国都在不惜巨资建设数字图书馆，它已经成为评价一个国家信息基础设施水平的重要标志。我国的数字图书馆研究与建设也取得了重大成果。但因起步较晚，整体上仍处于初级阶段，所以，需要进一步加强建设力度，使我国的数字图书馆尽快的发展。

| Abstract: | Setting up figure_built libraries is the direction for the development of libraries in the world. Nowadays, all countries in the world have invested huge amount of money in setting up figure built libraries, which has been an important symbol of evaluating a country's level of facility for basic information. Although Chain has achieved a lot in studying and developing the figure_built libraries, on the whole she is still at the first stage of it because of her late beginning. We should, therefore, try to strengthen and speed it up in order to make Chain's figure_built libraries develop as soon as possible. |
