| 摘 要： | 路径依赖不仅表现在组织层次上，在网络层次、区域层次表现得也很明显。一个区域的持续发展在于不断地创新，其本质在于不断突破原有路径依赖的束缚、创造新的路径。通过阐述区域创新网络的构成、目标与任务，揭示出区域创新网络实现路径创造的两种基本途径，说明区域创新网络的构建与区域的路径创造是一个相辅相成的关系。

| Abstract: | The development of regional economy lies in the sustainable innovation.In this consideration,this paper illustrates that regional innovation network(RIN) is at heart a continuous realization of breaking original path dependency and creating new path.Through analyzing the basic framework of RIN and its target and tasks,this paper puts forward two basic ways in breaking path dependency and realizing path creation.It also points out the interplaying relationship between regional innovation network construction and path creation. |
