| 摘 要： | 通过对高校女教师的角色冲突的现状分析，揭示了引起她们角色冲突的主要因素，并构建了新形势下高校女教师“减压”的社会支持系统，以帮助共缓解角色冲突的压力，实现其社会价值和自我价值，同时本文对高教研究与工会女教职工工作具有理论和现实意义。

| Abstract: | Based on an analysis of the status quo of female college teachers' role conflicts, the paper aims to reveal the major factors causing their role conflicts and to construct a social support system of female college teachers in this new situation, so as to alleviate the stress from role conflicts and to realize their social value and self- value. And meanwhile, the paper is definitely of great theoretical and practical significance for the study on higher education and the work of female labor union. |
