| 摘 要： | 本文围绕“培养什么人”、“如何培养人”，怎样有针对性地做好高职大学生思想政治教育工作这个摆在高职教育工作者面前的重要而紧迫的课题，提出以行业需求为目标，以学生就业为宗旨，把“职业人”的定位、“就业力”的提升作为高职学院思想政治教育的抓手，通过职业意识的强化、职业技能的训练、职业认证制度的推行、职业道德的培养、职业生涯的规划、职业指导的创新等具体措施和方法，探索出具有高职教育特色的大学生思想政治工作的有效途径。

| Abstract: | This essay revolves around what kind of people to be trained and how to train them. It requires to do an important and urgent task well, which is directed to the ideological and political education work of higher professional education workers under the new condition. The goal is industryal demand,the purpose is students employment,the emphasis of ideological and political education is the definition of career man and the improvement of employment abilities. We explored an effective way with the professional education characteristics by some specific methods,such as strengthening vocational consciousness,training vocational skills,pushing vocational authentication system,cultivating vocational ethics, planning vocational career and innovating vocational guide,etc. |
