| 摘 要： | 近年来,青岛市中小企业在快速发展的同时,也累积了产业升级慢、技术层次低、布局不合理等问题,在国际金融危机的影响下,面临着严峻的挑战.目前,虽然在多种因素作用下出现企稳回暖的趋势,但一定要认清其中的不确定性,解决存在的深层次问题,加快结构调整,实现后危机时代的稳定发展.
