| Abstract: | This paper describes how to establish the library＇s scientific orientation, update concepts, enhance the awareness of undergraduate colleges, strengthen the construction of document information resources when the colleges are upgraded to undergraduate colleges. The library should provide comprehensive service with the aim of satisfying readers, develop management mechanism of innovative librarians, carry forward the professional spirit of the library, and achieve the harmonious development of librarians and readers, as well as that of the library and the college. |
