摘    要:50只昆明种小鼠随机分成安静组,空白运动组和服药运动组;服药组小鼠短期连续服用1,6-二磷酸果糖(FDP)后,有氧耐力明显提高,45min游泳运动后,红细胞膜Na^ -K^ -ATPase的活性明显上升,血浆丙二醛(MDA)及血乳酸浓度增幅明显下降,血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量变化不大。

Abstract:mice of KunMing strain was divided into three groups: comparative group,comparative exercise group and exercise group fed by FDP fructose. Compared with the comparative group, after fed by FDP fructose for one week, the swimming endurance improved remarkably, and the Na+-K+-ATPase activity in erythrocyte membrane was significantly higher than comparative group, the plasma malondialdehyde (MDA) and blood lactate decreased, the difference of the plasma super oxide dismutase (SOD) was unremarkably after 45 minutes swimming.
