| 摘 要： | 可持续发展战略是党中央的战略决策,从数学科学角度上看,首先应从函数图像上反映社会,从政治、经济、文化、科技、军事等方面横纵做比较,抓住重点,一一突破,理解社会发展的本质要求和科学内涵;其次应从整体上,社会形态上理解社会的过去、现在和将来以及真正达到和谐社会所需要的"工具".人口资源环境建设应用数学基础上促进社会和谐发展,结合中国的实际情况,发展自然科学特别是以数学为基础的发展,对经济发展、社会稳定、市场化及失业率与空间距离数学信息相关产业的发展及其重要作用的发挥,都可利用数学建模知识解决.

| Abstract: | The sustainable developmental strategy is central party Committee's strategic decision,looked form the mathematics scientific question,First should reflect the society form the function image,horizontal vertical makes the comparison form the political economical culture science and technology military,holds the key point,one by one breakthroughs,understood the society develops the essence requests with the scientific connotation;Next should form the whole,in the form of society understand social the past,now and the future and truly achieved the harmonious society needs "tool". In the population resources environment construction applied mathematics foundation promotes the social harmonious development to unify Chinese the actuation, the development natural sciences specially is social stability the market unemployment rate space length mathematics information correlation industry development and it's the vital role form mathematics for the foundation development to economical development which can resolved with mathematics modeling knowledge. |
