| 摘 要： | 借助国家创新创业的政策指向,为带动区域高速发展,营商环境优化问题引起重点关注。通过对本区域民营企业以及在创新创业大潮中的初创公司进行走访调研,有针对性地提出具备应用价值的营商环境评价指标,根据调研数据分析及指标评价反馈出的区域问题,提出优化地方营商环境的具体措施。

| Abstract: | With the help of the policy direction of national innovation and entrepreneurship,in order to promote the rapid development of the region,the optimization of the business operation environment has attracted great attention.Through visiting and investigating the private enterprises in the region and the start-up companies in the tide of innovation and entrepreneurship,the paper puts forward the evaluation index of business operation environment with application value,and the concrete measures to optimize the local business environment according to the analysis of research data and the feedback of index evaluation. |
