技术赋能:教育信息化2.0时代基础教育信息化转型发展方向

摘    要:新一轮信息技术赋能教育是教育信息化2.0时代基础教育信息化转型发展的主要动力和重要支撑。文章综合应用文献研究、归纳和演绎等方法,首先,分析了当前基础教育信息化发展过程中存在的三层数字鸿沟:数字技术的接入鸿沟、数字技术的使用鸿沟、素养鸿沟;其次,从技术赋能的内涵、技术赋能的运行逻辑及对基础教育信息化可能的影响等三个方面提出了技术赋能基础教育信息化的运行逻辑;最后,从理论与实践两个方面出发,构建了由核心层、应用层、支撑层、基础层、保障层等五个层面组成的基础教育信息化实施路径,以实现从数字鸿沟到技术赋能。

Abstract:The new round of information technology-enabled education is the main driving force and important support for the transformation and development of basic education informatization in the era of education informatization 2.0.With the comprehensive application of literature research,induction and deduction methods,this paper firstly analyzes the three-layer digital divide existing in the current development of basic education informatization:the access gap of digital technology,the use gap of digital technology and the literacy gap.Secondly,this paper puts forward the operating logic of technology-enabled basic education informatization from three aspects:the connotation of technology empowerment,the operation logic of technology empowerment and its possible impacts on basic education informatization.Finally,in order to realize the transition from digital divide to technology empowerment,this paper,from the two aspects of theory and practice,constructs an implementation path of basic education informatization,which is composed of core layer,application layer,support layer,foundation layer and guarantee layer.
